Attention Walmart Shoppers: Your Mortgage Has Been Approved

By Janelle D. 1 min read | Buying, Financing, Mortgage

At Walmart, you can buy groceries, get an eye exam, buy home goods, and even a suit. How about the convenience of shopping for a mortgage at Walmart so you can buy your first home? All of these options are available at Walmart if you can believe it. Let's focus on shopping for a mortgage at Walmart and what that means for first-time home buyers.

You pop into Walmart to pick up a few groceries, and on your way out of the store, you notice a mortgage office within the store. You've been thinking about buying a home and need to figure out how much of a mortgage you qualify for, so this might be an excellent time to find out.

You walk into Family First Funding (lenders vary by city) and are greeted by a mortgage lender. You explain that you're interested in buying your first home and wanted to know more about mortgage financing. The mortgage broker shares information on home loan options like conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and jumbo loans. For existing homeowners, the mortgage center also provides options to refinance or get a home equity line of credit. Whether you want to buy your first home or an existing homeowner, you can enjoy a convenient lending experience at Walmart.

  • Texas

Conclusion

Thanks to Walmart, consulting with a mortgage broker as you prepare to buy your first home just became easier. Imagine the convenience of walking into your neighborhood Walmart and sitting down with a lender to learn about mortgage financing.
